I have two wonderfully talented daughters, and 5 grandkids that I miss, amongst the rest of my family. What am I doing here in California besides enjoying the weather and eating by the ocean on occasion with Debby? Selfish of me? feel free to comment. Spent the last 18 + years in the home buildiing industry developing land and building a home for many people to raise their families. It is a very rewarding job by most part to see the fullfillment in their faces as you orientate them with their homes, and they can see and feel what their hard earned money has given them. I enjoy building homes, the smell of construction sites (odd you say), I have heard of stranger things from people, also working on budgets and contracts for projects. due to the "change" everyone thought they wanted, I am no longer in that industry, but am trying to enjoy employment at a near by Casino learning lights and sound boards and the application of them. AFEW years later, I am now at Torry Pines area working as a maintenance engineer. Nice place to retire.
