About

People ask all the time, "Did you make your millions yet?” and I am SO GLAD they do! Because yes, there are some people who unfortunately have no identity or vision for their lives! I on the other hand DO! As of yet, I have not gained access to that first million, as it’s not actually been handed over to me. BUT…where this is a God, there is a way! The second most common question I get is “why did you start your own business”? This question is double loaded as I was almost forced to began this journey to entrepreneurship. You see, I did what we are all “taught” to do…I went to school…Got a Degree…Went BACK to school…Got another degree…Climbed the Proverbial Corporate Ladder…Worked in excess of 80 hours a week as a divorced mother of 4…only to be tired, worn out, and ultimately unfulfilled! I mean, who wants to work like that to build other people’s companies and then have NO time/energy/effort left to run their own small households? I said enough was enough when my children were basically raising themselves while I played “big shot corporate manager” negotiating million dollar contract deals with major suppliers of which I got no cut! SO…off I went to help the world with my knowledge and expertise…not! This business that I am in is constantly changing. Everyday there are new strategies to learn and processes to implement. My first passion is family – second is people – and thirdly is business. I am grateful that I am afforded the opportunity to combine all three daily. In all my business transactions I am building relationships with my clients who are just ordinary people trying to do the extraordinary. In doing so, we become connected as people on a level that leads to us connecting more like family. In my business, the ultimate goal is to help my clients make more money so they can spend more quality time with their families. Collective Success, Inc. was founded in January of 2009 and we have serviced over 35 clients in that short time frame, many of whom are still with us today! If you would like more information on how we can assist you or would like a free consultation, please mention Facebook and I will gladly oblige Shan Thomas I love life and enjoy being a mother to my four beautiful children.
