Currently I spend my days running my dog, training clients at the gym, and being with my family. Heath just turned 16 and Liz is finally 6. Chase is 16 months old and is learning lots of bad habits from his older siblings. Having a teenager in the house is interesting for sure. Nothing prepares a parent for this stage. Needless to say I am exhausted and fully understand why a person ages quite fast with kids. Hopefully all this hard works pays off.
