About

I was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but grew up in Miami, Florida. My working career started in Broward County, FL (Ft. Lauderdale) and continued there and in the Miami areas until 2000, when I relocated to Tampa, FL, where I am now. Virtually all of my working career has been in the homebuilding/development industry, where I have been responsible for the building/development of over 3500 homes throughout Florida. I continue to diversify in homebuilding, now concentrating on the 55+ retiree market, which is very exciting. The homebuilding industry has been very good to me, and as a result, I am past president and/or life director of several local, state and national builders associations. I have also received many awards including 2 "Builder of the Year" awards. I am happily married and have been blessed with 2 wonderful children. I have been blessed by God and many great relationships.
