My family and I are excited to belong to such a wonderfully diverse community of folks who love God and care about people. It has been my privilege to serve as the pastor of the Bethany Church for the past five years. My wife Becky and I both grew up in southern New Hampshire. We graduated with degrees in Psychology (Becky) and Religion (Jim) from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA. Upon graduation we relocated to Kansas City, MO where we furthered our preparation for ministry by obtaining Master’s Degrees in Education (Becky) From the University of Missouri and Divinity (Jim) from Nazarene Theological Seminary. God blessed us with a wonderful ministry working with youth in Missouri. Just after our lovely daughter Grace was born we took our first senior pastorate position in Southern Maine where our adorable son Micah was born. Our family loves New England outdoor life. We enjoy family camping, the beautiful autumn leaves, the ocean, and playing in the snow. We also enjoy keeping up with our favorite New England Sports teams. Micah is having a blast learning how to swim during lessons and Grace has become quite a force on the soccer field. When we are not chasing after the children or leading a bible study Becky and I enjoy quiet moments reading our favorite authors. In addition, riding our bicycles as a family and the many church activities we are involved in here at Bethany are pleasurable activities.
