Hi Northeast Ohio, I currently own & manage rental properties in the city of Alliance,OH.! I was the 2011 president of the Alliance Property Owners Association with over 80 members presently. We met at Chives Restaurant monthly. I am also the owner of the former Chipmunk Woods Dance Hall just east of Alliance on Oyster Road in Smith Twp.I hope to open it up to the general public by the Fall of 2023, At that time it will be known as Peachs Place Dance Hall. I am dedicating a good portion of the rest of my life to this massive project!
