On June 20, 2010, Sally F. Kelly Porter and I celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary----I became a widower with the very sad and untimely death of Sally on October 2, 2010--------I am the proud father of 4 wonderful sons: Brian, Gregory, Kevin and Stephen----sadly my son Gregory, age 33, at the time an off duty Massachusetts State Police Officer, died in a single vehicle automobile accident on July 23, 2008, a summer night of recurring thunder storms--------I am blessed with 4 wonderful daughters-law-law: Jennifer, Stefanie, Jacqueline and Jessica and am the Papa of 10 wonderful grandchildren: Emily April, Gregory, Kellen, Tighe, Branin, Brayson, Grady, Lincoln, Theodore and Saoirse. Also, I am the Papa of 2 wonderful dogs: Ozzy, born 2008 a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named after my late son Greg's beloved Ozzy Osbourne and Presley, born 5'2015 a Minature Australian Sheep Dog or Shepard named after my daughter-in-law Jessica's beloved Elvis Presley of Memphis TN--------I am blessed with a brother, Frank who passed April 10, 2016, and his wife Nancy Porter, a wonderful sister-in-law. Also I am blessed with a wonderful brother-in-law Neil Kelly and his wife Carol Perry, a wonderful sister-in-law. Three other brothers-in-laws have passed: James Kelly, Gerry Kelly and John Kelly. I am pleased and blessed to be the uncle of 7 wonderful nieces and nephews: Kristen, Michael, Danny, Heather, Rich, Fred and Nancy Esther----sadly my nephew Danny, age 40, died unexpectedly on April 27, 2010.--------I remain a practicing Catholic Christian--------even though I can smile & laugh, my losses remain a deep sadness--------my favorite expressions are "...to light a candle rather than curse the darkness..." and "...make gentle the ways of the world..."
