About

Well, I live on Lake James in the beautiful NC mountains with my husband of 7 years, Louis, and my sweet dog, Mitzi. I am happy to have three great children who are all grown up and doing well. Louis, my friends, and my family give me great joy. But my mother died this past Nov 7th, and I miss her very much! In the present, I am having more time to devote to my skincare practice in downtown Morganton, and am loving being plugged in to the energy there.I am busy enough to feel purposeful and inspired each day!
